With more than 30 years of experience in finance, investment, operations and property development, Ethan specialises in strategic land acquisition, subdivision and DA-driven value creation, institutional-style capital structuring, development feasibility and long-duration asset management strategies.
Prior to Azure Palm Capital, Ethan held senior finance and operational leadership roles across multinational organisations including Nike manufacturing operations, Nike retail operations, Tecnica/Nordica Group and PwC, leading ERP implementation, financial optimisation and large-scale operational transformation projects.
Ethan also brings expertise in AI-enabled wellness and Large Language Model (LLM) applications, supporting Azure Palm Capital’s long-term strategy of integrating real assets, governance, capital and wellness-focused investment platforms.

As Project Manager, Richard specialises in development delivery, DA coordination, consultant management, construction administration and project execution across the full project lifecycle. His expertise spans residential subdivisions, townhouses, mixed-use developments, industrial warehouses, commercial fit-outs and high-rise residential projects.
